Once Attendee registers for the Seminar, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration hassles, expenses, and loss of business. If you are unsure of whether or not you can attend the event, do not register. By registering for a live event you waive your right to receive a full refund of your purchase, including if you’re within the 30-day guarantee window of your initial product purchase, as LIVE event vouchers are a bonus for being a current student of said course. The $97 registration fee is non-refundable or transferable, regardless of the circumstance. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the event after you have registered, we will happily transfer your ticket to someone else. I understand that there is a strict no-show penalty. PLEASE do not register yourself, or a guest, unless you are absolutely 100% sure and committed you will attend. If you register, and do not attend, then you will be charged a $500 no-show fee. If you register a guest, and they do not show, you will be billed a $500 no-show fee for them.
Note: The reason we have a cancellation policy like this is because each Seminar sells out and when an Attendee cancels we have to manage the administration challenges as well as gear up the marketing machine to fill the spot. It really does cost us substantial time and resources to process and refund a payment, to refund the promoter or affiliate from which the Attendee signed up, to communicate all this with Satori Mateu and the Attendee and the promoter and the event planner for the Seminar, and to gear up the marketing machine to fill spots, which includes craft marketing messages, creating emails, postcards, mailings, involving Satori’s time, etc. Given the number of our Attendees it’s important for us to maintain this policy. This is our only method to ensure that serious participants signup and that we do not lose business on empty seats.
